Play, skit, and lessons explore the culture and symbolism of castle life. Kids are introduced to the important character-building concepts of loyalty, responsibility, and honesty.

About the Walk-in Storybook
The 5-panel Storybook is a 5-foot tall x 14-foot wide backdrop that attaches to an adjustable frame (sold separately). Each two-sided scene, constructed of flexible canvas-like panels, are easy to roll up and store in a tube. The lightweight frame is very simple to position in almost any configuration and then folds away neatly when not in use.

Castle Web App
The web-based app (included with Storybook purchase) is used with the panoramic CASTLE backdrop and provides fun games and activities related to the theme. You can:
- Identify hard-to-find images
- Listen to sounds or make your own
- Challenge your brain with Q&A’s
- Assemble jigsaw puzzles
- Test your memory skills
NOTE: Although the app adds another level of interaction, it is not required for use with the Junior Storybook and play figure.

Castle Playful Scripts
Transform your Walk-in Storybook into a full-fledged stage set with the addition of this engaging set of scripts. Kids will clamor to become characters in the two-act play while the theme-related lessons and creative play suggestions provide teachers with educational content that makes learning fun. Two-Act Play
Problems arise for Queen Lily in "To Tell the Truth" when she is suddenly faced with having to say what she really thinks in a kingdom full of zany and sometimes nonsensical nursery rhyme and fairy tale characters.
Skit
The skit is a shorter version of the two-act play and requires only 2 actors. This option is perfect for smaller classes or for occasions when time is limited.
Lessons
Four separate lessons cover vocabulary, writing, social studies, and art. National Standards include NL-ENG.K-12.5 Communication Strategies, and NA-VA.K-4.4 Understanding the Visual Arts in Relation to History and Cultures.
